Virtual Rehabilitation Assistant (VRA)
A Virtual Rehabilitation Assistant delivers remote support through a secure video platform that adheres to HIPAA, PHIPA, and PIPEDA standards.
While serving many of the same needs addressed by in-person Rehabilitation Therapy Assistants (RTAs), VRAs offer flexibility for clients in any location. A VRA can help organize daily routines, review each step of activity plans, and support you in planning, executing, and achieving your goals.
Clients served by VRAs may work on research, academic or self-interest courses, vocational or volunteer goals — all under the guidance of your regulated healthcare professionals.
Key features of our virtual support:
Available throughout the day to provide support when needed
Live chat and messaging for immediate responses
Fully custom care plans designed to meet individual requirements
Real-time guidance for daily tasks or challenges
Hybrid care model: combines virtual support with in-person services when physical presence is required
At Anchor Rehabilitation Support Services, our virtual assistants extend the reach of rehabilitation care so that clients, families, professionals, and case-managers can access consistent support, regardless of location.
Lets Connect. It's easy, fast and secure.
